INhibition, INflexibility and Decision Making in Mental Health
Our research group aims to study learning, inhibition, cognitive flexibility and decision-making in mental health.

Who are we?
In2decision Lab (University of Almería) aims to study cognitive processes and decision-making in the field of mental health.
Our work bridges the gap between neuroscience and clinical practice. Our expertise encompasses translational research in impulse control, neurorehabilitation and advanced diagnostic techniques. We integrate computational modelling, neuroimaging (fNIRS) and neuromodulation (tDCS) to develop personalised, evidence-based interventions.
Beyond research, we are a centre of training and clinical excellence that fosters collaboration between academia, healthcare professionals and patients. Our mission is to advance knowledge, improve diagnostic accuracy and enhance quality of life for people with neurodevelopmental and impulse control disorders.
